أسباب عزوف طلبة دبلوم التعليم العام عن الالتحاق بكليات التربية في محافظة جنوب الباطنة وعلاقتها بمتغير النوع

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أسباب عزوف طلبة دبلوم التعليم العام عن الالتحاق بكليات التربية في محافظة جنوب الباطنة، والكشف عن أثر متغير النوع الاجتماعي على أسباب العزوف لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. تم تطبيق مقياس الوعي على عينة بلغت (200) طالب وطالبة من طلبة دبلوم للتعليم العام في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة جنوب الباطنة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى أسباب العزوف لدى طلبة دبلوم التعليم العام عن الالتحاق بكليات التربية كان مرتفعا، كما كشفت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسط عزوف طلبة الدبلوم العام عن مهنة التعليم لصالح الذكور. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها أن تساعد في تقليل العزوف عن الالتحاق بكليات التربية. Abstract: The study aimed to measuring the level of students’ reluctance from taking up teaching profession, It also revealed the impact of the gender variable on the population sample. The awareness scale was applied to a sample of (200) students of diploma for general education in the public schools of South Batinah Governorate. The study found that the level of reasons for reluctance among students of general education diploma to enroll in the faculties of education was high. The study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the average of the general diploma students' abstention from teaching profession in favor of males. In the light of the results of the study. Consequently, several suggestions and recommendations have been offered to lower the level of students’ reluctance from taking up the teaching profession.
