(dft)النانوية بإستعمال نظرية دالِّية الكثافة Zno دراسة الخصائص الضوئية لأنابيب أكسيد الزنك
Résumé: In this work, we dealt with a structural and optical study of zinc oxide tubes ZnO, using the density function theory (DFT), where this study was carried out using the Siesta program and the use of generalized gradient approximation (GGA).We have calculated the constants of the initial cell and found that our results agree to a large extent with theoretical and appliedresults, many optical properties of the ZnO compound were also calculated, such as: absorption, reflectivity and dielectric function, which showed that this compound has special features that enable it to be included in to installation of optical and electro-optical compounds, and also that ZnO tubes can be used in several important fields.
