معالم من الفكر المقاصدي عند الإمام ابن عرفة(803هـ) من خلال تفسيره

Résumé: ملخص البحث يحاول هذا البحث الإجابة عن سؤال مفاده: ما هي أهم معالم الفكر المقاصدي لابن عرفة الورغمي التونسي من خلال تفسيره؟ وما هي الإضافات التي يمكن أن يكون قد جاء بها؟ والغاية من طرق هذا الموضوع أن نضع اليد على جزء من التراث المقاصدي لعلماء الغرب الإسلامي من خلال آيات الكتاب العزيز باعتباره المصدر الأول لكل العلوم الشرعية. وابتغاء تحقيق أهداف البحث تم التوسل بالمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ، كل واحد في سياقه. وقد تضمن البحث مجموعة من قضايا المقاصد، كقضية التعليل ومقاصد المكلفين والمصالح والمفاسد والكليات الخمس. وأهم ما خلص إليه البحث هو أن ابن عرفة أسهم بقسط وافر في علم مقاصد الشريعة، وجادت قريحته بنظر مقاصدي يمكن أن يضاف إلى إسهامات علمائنا في هذا العلم. Abstract This research attempts to answer the following questions: What are the most important features of the Maqasid thought of Ibn Arafa al-Warghami al-Tunisi through his interpretation? And what additions could he have come up with? The aim of dealing of this subject is to put hand on a part of the Maqasid heritage of the scholars of the Islamic West through the verses of the Holy KORAN as the first source of all forensic sciences. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the inductive approach, the descriptive and analytical approach were used, each one in its context. The research included a set of issues of intent, such as the issue of justification, the intent of the taxpayers, interests and corruptions, and the five colleges. The most important conclusion of the research is that Ibn Arafa contributed a great deal to the science of the purposes of the Sharia, and his reading proved in the view of purposes that can be added to the contributions of our scholars in this science.
