Résumé: یهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة تطبیق محاسبة الموارد البشریة في البیئة الج ا زئریة، في ظل عدم إعت ا رف النظام المحاسبي المالي بالموارد البشریة كأصول معنویة ینبغي إد ا رجها في القوائم المالیة للمؤسسة. لتحقیق أهداف البحثاعتمد الباحث المنهجین الوصفي والتحلیلي، بالتطبیق على حالة الشركة الج ا زئریة لأشغال الطرق، محاولا محاكاة نموذج القیاس المحاسبي للموارد البشریة وفق منهج التكلفة التاریخیة الذي طبقته الشركة الأمریكیة التي تُعد أول شركة تطبق هذا النوع من ،R.G.Barry . المحاسبة سنة 1968 توصل البحث إلى نتیجة أساسیة مفادها أن تطبیق نموذج محاسبة الموارد البشریة وفق منهج التكلفة التاریخیة على حالة الشركة الج ا زئریة لأشغال الطرق یزید من درجة الإفصاح المحاسبي في قوائمها المالیة بالمقارنة مع تلك المعدة على أساس المحاسبة التقلیدیة، من خلال تزوید المستخدمین الداخلیین والخارجیین بمعلومات إضافیة مفیدة عن القیمة الحقیقیة للموارد المستخدمة من طرف المؤسسة و نتائج أعمالها.

This research aims to try appliying

accounting of human resources in the

Algerian environment

in the absence of

recognition of the financial accounting

system to human resources as incorporeal

assets should be included in financial

statements of the entreprise. Researcher

adopted to achieve the objectives of the

research approaches descriptive and

analytical

applied on the case of the

Algerian company for road works

trying

to simulate the accounting measurement of

human resources model through a

historical cost approach applied by the

American company R.G.Barry which was

the first company to apply this type of

accountingin 1968.

The research found that the application of

accounting of human resources model

through a historical cost approach to the

case of the Algerian company for road

works increases the degree of accounting

disclosure in the financial statements as

compared with those prepared on the basis

of traditional accounting

by providing

internal and external users with additional

informations useful for the real value of

the resources used by the company and the

results of their activities.
