مساهمة حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة - دراسة حالة الحاضنة التكنولوجية بسيدي عبد الله –

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة مساهمة حاضنات الاعمال في تنمية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة، نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة لهذا النوع من الاليات في دعم وتشجيع أصحاب الأفكار لتحويلها الى منتجات قابلة للتسويق والاستمرارية لتحقيق أهداف اقتصادية، تم تقسيم الموضوع إلى ثلاثة محاور، المحور الاول يتطرق الى الاطار المفاهيمي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، أما المحور الثاني يتم فيه ماهية حاضنات الأعمال ومساهمتها في تنمية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، أما في المحور الثالث تم تقديم دراسة الحالة وذلك بالوقوف على أهم إنجازات الحاضنة التكنولوجية بسيدي عبد الله في سبيل دعم وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. من بين النتائج المتوصل اليها أن حاضنات الاعمال تساهم في تقديم الارشادات لأصحاب المؤسسات على التسيير الحسن، وتنمية قدراتهم الإدارية ومرافقاتهم حتى بعد دخولهم الأسواق والمنافسة، بتوجيه المؤسسات نحو اندماج أكبر في الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي، أما بالنسبة للحاضنة التكنولوجية بسيدي عبد الله فدورها محدود فقط في تقديم استشارات إدارية وقانونية وتقنية للإنشاء، وهذا ما يقلص دورها وفعاليتها التي يجب أن تتعدى ذلك الى إنشاء استمرارية تقديم الرعاية والحماية لهذه المؤسسات، حتى تصبح لديها القدرة والخبرة الضرورية لضمان استمرار النجاح في الأسواق. The study aims to identify the contribution of business incubators in the development of small and medium enterprises, in view of the great importance of this type of mechanisms in supporting and encouraging the owners of ideas to convert them into products that are marketable and sustainable to achieve economic objectives. The first axis deals with the conceptual framework of small and medium enterprises. The second axis is the incubators of the business and their contribution to the development of small and medium enterprises. In the third axis, the case study was presented by standing on the most important achievements of the technological incubator of Sidi Abdallah in order to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises Among the findings is that the business incubators contribute to providing guidance to the owners of the institutions on good management, and develop their administrative capabilities and their accompaniments even after entering the markets and competition, directing the institutions towards greater integration in the national and international economy. As for the technological incubator in Sidi Abdullah, Management, legal and technical consultancy for construction, which reduces its role and effectiveness, which must go beyond that to establish the continuity of care and protection of these institutions, so that it has the necessary capacity and expertise to ensure continued success in the markets. .
