دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تسويق الخبرات السياحية

Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار نظري يحدد ويعرف مختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وتسويق السياحي كما تركز في جانبها التطبيقي إلى معرفة دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تسويق الخبرات السياحية بالمركب السياحي الغزالة الذهبية الوادي. لتحقق من أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، كما تم استخدام بعض الأساليب الإحصائية في برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ""26""SPSS v لعرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة، ثم اختبار الفرضيات الموضوعة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يتم استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بدرجة عالية في المركب السياحي محل الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال وتسويق الخبرات السياحية في الفندق محل الدراسة. ""This study aims to provide a theoretical framework that defines and defines various concepts related to ICT and tourism marketing and focuses on its applied aspect to know the role of ICT in the marketing of tourism experiences in the Gaza Golden Valley tourist complex. To verify the objectives of the study, we relied on the descriptive curriculum to adapt it to the nature of the topic. A questionnaire was designed as a data collection tool. Some statistical methods were used in the programme of the Social Science Statistical Package SPSS v""26"" to present and analyze the results of the study, and then test the hypotheses developed. The study found that ICT is highly used in the study's tourist complex. The study also found a statistically significant correlation between information and communication technology and the marketing of tourism experiences in the hotel in question. "
