التّجلّيات التّراثيّة الإسلاميّة من خلال كتاب"المُسْتطْرَف في كلّ فنّ مُسْتَظْرَف"للأبشيهي(ت852هـ)

Résumé: ملخّص: (عربية) تنوعّت المصادر التّراثيّة بين المؤلّفات والمخطوطات، وغيرها، كما اكتنزتها النّصوص، والأشعار، والنّثريات المختلفة، كان أهمّها الظَّرْفيّات والأمثال، والحِكَم، والنّوادر، التي تعدّدت الكتب فيها، لكنّها لم تَفُزْ بدراسات تقيّيميّة كافية؛ لاستجلاء ما في مضامينها من تداعياتٍ تخدم الحاضر الذي كُتِبَتْ فيه، والمستقبل الذي جاء بعدها، على اعتبار أنّ تلك المضامين حقائق كانت واقعيّة استعملها أصحابها للتَّنَدُر بها؛ لاعتباراتٍ عدّة . وكتاب"المُستطْرف في كلّ فنّ مُستظْرَف" للأبشيهي (ت852هـ/1449م) ذو محتوى طريف ظاهريًا، لكنّه ذو أبعاد أخرى حِكَميّة تخدم مجالاتٍ عدّة: الحكم، الوزارة، الأخلاق، الآداب العامّة، الفنون، وغيرها؛ ما يستدعي ضرورة مقارنة ما جاء فيه، بما ذكره كتاب"البيان والتّبيّين"؛ للجاحظ، وكتاب"الأمثال والحِكَم"؛ للماوردي، وغيرهما، والذّي هو مضمون عبارة عن برنامجٍ إصلاحي تحضيري للمجتمع الإسلامي، بدعوته إلى العودة إلى الله، وكتابه العزيز، وسنّة رسوله -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم-، واتّباع خُطى السّلف الصّالح؛ إذ لا تحَضُّر بدون تفاعلٍ بين الحاكم والرّعيّة، في إطار تشريعي واضح يحفظ التّناصف والهيبة لكلاّ الطّرفين. Abstract: (English) Heritage sources varied between works, manuscripts, and others. In it, and the future that followed, considering that these contents were realities used by the owners to train them; for several considerations. The book "The Extremist in Every Arrogant Art" by Abhishey T 852 AH / 1449 AD has a seemingly funny content, but has other wise dimensions that serve several areas: governance, ministry, ethics, public morals, arts, and others; The statement and the manifestation of the Almighty, and the book "Proverbs and wisdom" of Mawardi, and others, which is the content of a reform program for the Islamic community, calling him to return to Allah, his dear book, the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace be upon him, and follow the footsteps of the righteous predecessor; Interaction between the ruler and the parish, within a clear legislative framework that preserves the dragon Describe and prestige for both parties.
