بناء مقياس متعدد الأبعاد لقياس المهارات الناعمة لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين -دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي بريكة-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير والتحقق من صحة مقياس المهارات الناعمة لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين. ومن أجل ذلك تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الجامعي بريكة. حيث تم أخذ عينة ملائمة مكونة من 219 أستاذ لتقييم المهارات الناعمة الضرورية التي من شأنها أن تحسن من الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي. وقد تم استخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي للتحقق من صحة المقياس. خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المهارات الناعمة عبارة عن بناء متعدد مكون من مهارة الاتصال والتواصل، مهارة القيادة، مهارة إدارة الوقت، مهارة التعليم المستمر، مهارة اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات كأبعاد لها. كما تشير نتائج التحليل التوكيدي العاملي إلى موثوقية وصحة المقياس. Abstract: The study aimed to develop and validate a scale for measuring soft skills among university professors. For that purpose, a field study was conducted at the University Center of Brika. A convenient sample of 219 professors was taken to assess the necessary soft skills that could improve the job performance of university professors. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were used to validate the scale. The results concluded that soft skills consist of a multidimensional construct comprising communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, time management skills, continuous learning skills, decision making and problem-solving skills as its dimensions. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis also indicate the reliability and validity of the scale. .
