الخدمات المقدمة لفئة ذوي الاعاقة السمعية

Résumé: تعتبر الإعاقة السمعية من أصعب الاعاقات التي تعيق تحقيق الادماج المهني والاجتماعي لدى المعاق سمعيا في المجتمع بشكل كبير ، و تحدث الإعاقة السمعية نتيجة عوامل بيئية وأخرى وراثية لدى الأصم وضعيف السمع ، ويختلف تأثير الإعاقة السمعية تبعا لاستجابة الأفراد المحيطين بالشخص المعاق وكيفية تقبله ، وكما أن المعاقين سمعيا يتميزون بخصائص لغوية ونفسية واجتماعية ومعرفية وأكاديمية تميزهم عن غيرهم من الأشخاص العاديين ، ويحتاج المعاق سمعيا إلى حاجات نفسية وبدنية و إجتماعية وتعليمية وتأهيلية تشعره بتحقيق ذاته والتوافق مع مجتمعه ، ويعاني المعاق سمعيا من مشكلات نفسية واجتماعية وسلوكية لذلك فهو في حاجة إلى رعاية ودعم اجتماعي كبير من خلال توفير الخدمات المساندة المقدمة له كونه طاقة بشرية معطلة من فئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لها الأولوية في الاستفادة من البرامج الارشادية البيداغوجية والطبية والسمعية لتنمية التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وجعله منتج وفعال في المجتمع مع الاهتمام بدعم طرق الوقاية من الإعاقة السمعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الخدمات، الأشخاص، الإعاقة السمعية. الادماج المهني، الرعاية الإجتماعية. ABSTRACT : Hearing impairment is considered one of the most difficult disabilities That greatly hinder the achievement of professional and social integration of the hearing – impaired in society Hearing impairment occurs as a result of environnemental and genetic factor in the deaf hard of hearing the effect of hearing impairment varies depending on the response of the surrounding individual and how they accepte It ,also ,the hearing impaired are distinguished by linguistic, psychological,social,cognitive and Academic characteristics That distinguish them from other ordinary people the hearing – impaired needs psychological,physical,social,educational and rehabilitative needs That make him feel self-realization and compatible with his Community and the hearing-impaired suffers from psychological, social and behavioral problems, ther fore he is in Need of Great social care and support by providing the assistance services presented to him, as a disabled Human Energy category of people with spécial needs, It has priority in making use of educational,medical and audiological guidance programs to develop psychosocial Harmony and make It productive and effective in society , with attention to supporting Methods of preventing hearing impairment .
