Elaboration Et Caracterisation Des Billes A Base D’un Biopolymere Et Leurs Applications Dans L’environnement
Résumé: L'application des matériaux à base de chitosane en tant qu’adsorbants dans le traitement des eaux résiduaires a suscité une attention considérable ces dernières années. Le but de ce travail est de synthétiser des billes à base de chitosane pour des fins environnementales (l’adsorption des colorants). Dans ce travail deux étapes ont été réalisées : D’abord la préparation des billes chitosane Ensuite, la modification du chitosane par: l’épichlorhydrine (ECH), le Glutaraldéhyde (GLA) et avec de l’ethylènediamine (EDA). Ces billes ont été caractérisées par la spectroscopie IR, DRX et par la microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB). Dans un premier temps, nous avons étudié l’influence de divers paramètres liés, au milieu réactionnel, au colorant et à l’adsorbant sur la cinétique d’adsorption. Ensuite nous avons adopté les paramètres optimaux pour éliminer le colorant du rouge télon lumière. La quantité adsorbée à l’équilibre par le chitosane modifié par ECH est supérieure à celle de chitosane modifié par EDA et GLA. Le mélange chitosane-Epichlorhydrine a montré une grande efficacité dans l'élimination du rouge télon lumière par rapport au chitosane-Ethylènediamine et chitosane-Glutaraldéhyde.Abstract The application of materials containing chitosane as adsorbents in the waste water treatment caused a considerable attention these last years. The aim of this work is to synthesize chitosan-based beads for environmental purposes (adsorption of dyes). In this work two stages were carried out: Initially preparation of chitosan beads Then, modification of the chitosan by: epichlorhydrine (ECH), Glutaraldehyde (GLA) and with ehylènediamine (EDA). These beads were characterized by the IR spectroscopy, DRX and by electronic scan microscopy (SEM). Initially, we studied the influence of various parameters bound, with reactional medium, with dye and with adsorbent on the kinetics of adsorption. Then we adopted the optimal parameters to eliminate the dye from the red télon. The quantity adsorbed with balance by the chitosane modified by ECH is higher than that of chitosane is modified by EDA and GLA. The chitosane-Epichlorhydrine mixture showed a great effectiveness in the elimination of the red télon compared to the chitosane-Ethylènediamine and chitosane-Glutaraldehyde.
