استكشاف مستقبل العلاقات الصينية العربية في الخليج: إلى أين تتجه البوصلة الاستراتيجية؟

Résumé: ملخص: شهدت العلاقات بين الصين والدول العربية في منطقة الخليج تطورا وتغيرا كبيرا عبر السنوات. يتطلب الوضع الجيوسياسي في منطقة الخليج -مع تزايد تأثير الصين في الشؤون العالمية- تحليلا شاملا لتوقعات وديناميات هذه العلاقة مستقبلا. فكل من الصين ودول الخليج العربية تبدي اهتماما متزايدا بتعزيز علاقاتهم الاقتصادية والسياسية وحتى الأمنية. وعليه، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى فحص العوامل الرئيسية التي تشكل علاقات الصين مع الدول العربية في الخليج، مستكشفة المجالات المحتملة للتعاون والصراع. وهي تخلص إلى أن عوامل كالتعاون في مجال الطاقة وتطوير البنية التحتية والاعتبارات الجيوسياسية ستستمر في تشكيل البوصلة الاستراتيجية للعلاقات الصينية العربية في الخليج مستقبلا، غير أن العديد من التحديات وعدم اليقين -بما في ذلك النزاعات الإقليمية وديناميات القوى العالمية أيضا- ستؤثر على مسار هذه العلاقة. وعليه سيكون مستقبل العلاقات الصينية العربية في الخليج مرهونا بقدرة الجانبين على التنقل بسلاسة بين هذه التحديات واستثمار الفرص التي تنتظرهما. Abstract: The relations between China and the Arab countries in the Gulf region have witnessed significant development and change over the years. The geopolitical situation in the Gulf region -with the increasing influence of China in global affairs- requires a comprehensive analysis of the future expectations and dynamics of this relationship. Both China and the Arab Gulf countries show growing interest in enhancing their economic, political, and even security relations. Therefore, this study aims to examine the key factors shaping China's relations with the Arab countries in the Gulf, exploring potential areas of cooperation and conflict. It concludes that factors such as cooperation in energy, infrastructure development, and geopolitical considerations will continue to shape the strategic compass of Sino-Arab relations in the Gulf in the future. However, many challenges and uncertainties -including regional conflicts and global power dynamics- will impact the course of this relationship. Consequently, the future of Sino-Arab relations in the Gulf will depend on the ability of both sides to navigate smoothly between these challenges and capitalize on the opportunities that await them.
