واقع صيانة وحفظ الوثائق الأرشيفية بمركز الأرشيف الوطني الجزائري

Résumé: عالجت الدراسة واقع المحافظة على الوثائق الأرشيفية، وكان مركز الأرشيف الوطني أنموذجا للتعرف على طرق حفظ وصيانة هذا الإرث الحضاري والشاهد التاريخي على الهوية الجزائرية، فقد حاولنا عرض الطرق العلمية والأسس والقواعد المنهجية السليمة لحفظ وترميم الأرشيف بشقيه الورقي والإلكتروني وفق التشريعات الوطنية والمعايير الدولية. وذلك ضمانا لسلامة القيمة المادية والفكرية للأرشيف الوطني على المدى الطويل، إلى جانب تحفيز الغيورين على هذا التراث الثمين بالسعي للمحافظة عليه حتى لا يبق عرضة لمختلف عوامل التلف . The study deals with the reality of the conservation of archival documents for which the National Archives Center has been a model to demonstrate the methods of preservation and maintenance of this cultural heritage as well as the historical witness of the Algerian identity. We have tried to present the scientific methods, foundations and sound methodological rules for the preservation and restoration of archives ,in paper and electronic form , in accordance with national legislation and international standards. The aim of this work is to ensure the long-term security of the material and intellectual value of the National Archives by providing the necessary protection and the appropriate climatic and environmental conditions for this purpose , but also to motivate those who are concerned about the future of this precious heritage by striving to preserve it so that it does not remain vulnerable to various factor of damage.
