Résumé: يهدف البحث للكشف عن إسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية في حوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال الدراسة الميدانية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية لجامعة الشلف و الوقوف على واقع إعتماد الممارسات الإلكترونية في تطوير العمل الإداري و تأثيرها على تحسين المعاملات و الممارسات التي من شأنها تحقيق حوكمة جامعية فعالة . Abstract: This study aims at investigating the contribution of E-management to the governance of higher education institutions, through field study at the faculty of humanities and social sciences of the University of Chlef, with particular emphasis to the importance of electronic practices to develop an administrative work and incorporating good governance strategy and practices in higher education.
