دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تنمية الإبداع التكنولوجي بمؤسسات الصناعة الصيدلانية دراسة حالة وحدة انتيبيوتكل المدية بمجمع صيدال

Résumé: الملخص: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز أهمية اليقظة والإبداع التكنولوجيين في مؤسسات الصناعة الصيدلانية، ودراسة دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تنمية الإبداع التكنولوجي بوحدة الإنتاج -أنتيبيوتكل- التابعة لمجمع صيدال، ومن أجل ذلك اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأقمنا بدراسة ميدانية باستخدام استبيان من 30 فقرة لجمع البيانات، وزعناه على عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في43 موظف من إطارات ومسؤولي وحدة الإنتاج ،وباعتماد الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة وببرنامجspss-v25 قمنا بتحليل البيانات ولقد أثبتت الدراسة وجود أثر قوي لليقظة التكنولوجية على تنمية الإبداع بوحدة الإنتاج-أنتيبيوتكل. Abstract: Through this study, we aim to highlight the importance of technological vigilance and technological innovation for the establishments of the pharmaceutical industry, and to study the role of the latter in the development of technological innovation in the establishment of the production unit - Antibiotics of Saidal community. Using a questionnaire consisting of 30 items as a data collection tool, it was distributed to study sample of 43 employees from the production unit executives and officials. We adopted the appropriate statistical methods using the spss-v25 program to analyze the obtained data. The study revealed that there is a statistically significant a strong positive effect of technological vigilance on the development of technological innovation at the Production Unit Corporation - Antibiotics.
