السياسة و التخطيط اللغوي و أثرهما في عملية إصلاح التربوي وبناء المناهج التعليمية في مرحلة الثانوي انموذجا

Résumé: The study stands on an important topic of appliedlinguistics, as linguistic planning is the first building block in educationbeforeitis put into practice. Fromthisstandpoint, the studyseeks to answer the followingproblem: Whatis the impact of linguisticpolicy and linguistic planning on the reality of teaching the Arabiclanguage? This problem stems from the following questions: Whatismeant by languagepolicy and language planning and the relationshipbetweenthem? Whatismeant by educationalreform and whatisitsrelationship to languagepolicy? Whatis the function of the languagepolicyadopted by Algeriawith the aim of educationalreform? To answerthese questions, weadopted the analytical descriptive approach for itssuitability for the study, to structure the researchaccordingly on a theoretical aspect that stands on the theoretical concepts of the study. And an applied aspect in which the linguisticpolicy in Algeria and the reform of the Arabiclanguage curricula wereaddressed. The studystood on the followingresults: - The linguisticpolicyis the decisions made by the state, while the linguistic planning is the procedural application of the decisions of the linguisticpoliticians, and the relationshipbetweenthemis a complementary one. Languagepolicy and language planning are carried out within the framework of authorized institutions according to organized plans and effective strategiesaimed at improvingeducation. Those in charge of language planning seek to find solutions to problems and difficulties in teaching the languageaccording to a future vision.
