دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والمعرفة في تثبيت ركائز اقتصاد المعرفة

Résumé: يقوم اقتصاد المعرفة على فهم مجمل لدور المعرفة ورأس المال الفكري في تطوير الاقتصاد والاجتماع، وهو يرتكز بقوة على الاستثمار البشري في المعرفة والإبداع والتطوير. وهو يتميز أيضا بخدماته منتجاته الرقمية الراقية. سنتفحص بعض أفكار الاقتصاد المعرفي ومجالاته الرقمية، ونرى كيف أن هذا الاقتصاد يرتبط بشدة بالأنشطة ذات الصلة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وسنركز على إمكانات بعض فروعه، ومشاريع العمل التي تتيحها فرصه. كما ستكون لنا إطلالة مقتضبة على التعليم الإلكتروني. كلمات مفتاحية: مجتمع المعلومات، المعرفة، اقتصاد المعرفة، الاقتصاد الافتراضي، التعلم. تصنيفات JEL: D83 abstract: The knowledge economy is based on a general understanding of the role of knowledge and intellectual capital in the development of the economy and society, which is strongly based on human investment in knowledge, creativity and development. It also features its high-end digital products. We examine some of the ideas of the knowledge economy and its digital fields. We see how this economy is strongly linked to ICT related activities, and we focus on the development of some of its branches and the work projects offered by its opportunities.
