مدى إستجابة النظام المحاسبي المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية بعد 5 سنوات من التطبيق "دراسة ميدانية لفئتين؛ فئة المؤسسات( ص.م) ، فئة المهنيين المحاسبين لمدينة ورقلة خلال سنة 2016"

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز مدى استجابة النظام المحاسبي المالي (SCF) لمتطلبات المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة باعتبار قواعد و الاحكام التي جاء بها هذا النظام على بيئة هاته المؤسسات، حيث أحدثت تغييرا جذريا في الممارسات المحاسبية التي كانت سائدة، إضافة إلى معرفة صعوبات و عراقيل التي تواجه هذه المؤسسات عند تطبيق هذا النظام، خصوصا في غياب سوق مالي يتم اللجوء إليه لتقييم العناصر المالية وفق القيمة العادلة لهذا النوع من المؤسسات. ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار فرضياته تم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائية، باستخدام برنامج الرزنامة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية ، وMicrosoft Excel 2007. وقد خلصت الدراسة على ضرورة تكثيف الدورات التكوينية، حتى يتم تجاوز الصعوبات الناجمة عن تطبيق هذا النظام، وضمان الاستفادة من المزايا التي يحققها. Our study aims to highlight financial accounting system response (SCF) to the requirements of small and medium enterprises , the system brought a rules and principles on the environment of this kind of companies , these rules and principles generate a radical in accounting practices , which were applied before the ain is also to know the difficules which encounter these kind of companies in applying the system , espcially in the back of a financial market,which may used in valuing financial statment items based throught the fair value . To address the problematic issue and test hypotheses have been relying on statistical analysis, Using statistical calendar of Social Sciences Spss software, and Microsoft Excel 2007. The study concluded to the need of training to minimize the difficulties which may encounter in applying this system and guarantee the benefits of its advantages.
