علاقة مناخ الدافعية بالتفوق الرياضي لدى تلاميذ الثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف الدارسة إلى انجاز خطوة أولية على درب التعرف على طبيعة مناخ الدافعية لدى تلاميذ الثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية ، وكذالك معرفة علاقة مناخ الدافعية بالتفوق الرياضي لدى تلاميذ الثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية، ولقد اعتمدنا في دارستنا على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، كما شملت عينة بحثنا هذا على عينة قدرها 132تلميذ(بالثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية)، وتكونت أداة الدراسة أساسا من: مقياس الدافعية المحددة ذاتيا في المجال الرياضي و اختبارات الاداء المهاري في كرة اليد و كرة القدم ، وكانت نتائج الدارسة تشير إلى أن: طبيعة مناخ الدافعية لدى تلاميذ الثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية في اختصاصي (كرة القدم و كرة اليد) محددة ذاتيا، هناك علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين مناخ الدافعية و التفوق الرياضي لدى تلاميذ الثانويات الرياضية الجزائرية. The study aims to complete an initial step on the path of identifying the nature of the climate of motivation among the Algerian high school students as well as knowing the relationship of the climate of motivation to the sports excellence of the Algerian sports high school students. The sample of our research also included a sample of 132 students (in Algerian sports high schools), and the study tool consisted mainly of: the self-defined motivation scale in the sports field and skill performance tests in handball and football, and the results of the study indicated that: The nature of the climate of motivation among Algerian high school students In the field of (football and handball) self-determined, there is a statistically significant correlation between the climate of motivation and sports excellence among Algerian high school students.
