Résumé: Summary: The task of adjudicating sports disputes is entrusted to the Court of Arbitration for SportTAS, through arbitration or mediation. The International Sports Arbitration Council was established with its mission of financial and administrative supervision, support for its independence and the formation of TAS court arbitrators. The court has developed legal rules and established two arbitration sections in order to distinguish between two categories of disputes according to the type of sports arbitration procedures that each section is subject to to ensure Proper conduct of procedures, in addition to that, the decisions issued by this court are mandatory, final and not subject to appeal.
