Résumé: otating framework system ( attributed to the rank and experience variable) General hypothesis: There is a relationship at the moral level among the work rotating system and professional pressure with men and civil protection workers. Partial hypotheses: - There is a relationship between the diurnal work rotating system and the professional pressure - There is a relationship between the nocturnal work rotating system and the professional pressure - There are differences in the professional pressure at the rotating framework system ( attributed to the experience variable) - There are differences in the professional pressure at the rotating framework system ( attributed to the rank variable ) The population of the study was formed by (419) workers, while the sample of the study was randomly chosen to form 99 persons. Moreover, data gathering was depended on the form which contained 37 expressions handed to the member of the sample and we have conducted the descriptive analytical approach to explain and statistically process the gathered data using the SPSS19.0 and Excel 2007 program, also to figure out the rational relationship by using Spearman's correlation coefficient between the variables of the work rotating system and professional pressure. - The achieved results showed that not all the hypotheses were achieved or confirmed since there is relationship among the work rotating system and professional pressure, also there is a relationship between the nocturnal work rotating system and the professional pressure as well as a relationship between the diurnal work rotating system and the professional pressure while there are not differences in the professional pressure at the rotating framework system ( attributed to the rank and experience variable)
