الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى موظفي عقود ما قبل التشغيل

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى موظفي عقود ما قبل التشغيل في وكالتي ANEM, ADS، حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق استبيان يضم 28 فقرة موزعة على ستة (06) أبعاد تمثلت في: العجز، اللامعنى، اللاانتماء، اللامعيارية، اللارضا، التشاؤم. وذلك على عينة قدرت بـ 75 موظفا بعقود ما قبل التشغيل بوكالتي ANEM و ADS. وقد تم تحليل نتائج الدراسة باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية الملائمة بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS، ولقد تم التوصل الى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الاحساس بالاغتراب الوظيفي بأبعاده الستة (العجز، اللامعنى، اللاانتماء، اللامعيارية، اللارضا، التشاؤم) لدى موظفي عقود ما قبل التشغيل في وكالتي ANEM, ADS ، وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين موظفي عقود ما قبل التشغيل في وكالتي ANEM وADS في شعورهم بالاغتراب الوظيفي تبعا للجنس، السن، نوع الوكالة. Abstract : This study aimed to identify the level of job alienation among workers owners of pre-employment contracts ANEM, ADS. The descriptive approach was followed by applying a questionnaire, which included 28 items distributed over six (06) dimensions represented by: impotence, meaninglessness, affiliation, non-normality, dissatisfaction and pessimism. It was applied to a sample of 75 pre-employment contracts with ANEM and ADS agencies. The results of the study were analyzed using the appropriate statistical methods, based on the SPSS statistical program. A high level of sense of job alienation has been found in its six dimensions among workers of pre-employment contracts ANEM, ADS, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences between them in terms of a sense of job alienation depending on the individual variables: gender, age, and agency type.
