الأسواق بالغرب الإسلامي في العهد الموحدي ( 524- 667هـ / 1126- 1269م ) دراسة في تنظيماتها ومعطياتها الإحصائية

Résumé: الملخص (بالعربية) : أدى ازدهار أسواق بلاد الغرب الإسلامي دورا بارزا في تطور حضارة الدولة الموحدية، بفضل تمتعها بمقومات ساهمت في تعدد أنواع الأسواق، وإحكام تنظيمها حسب التخصص وطبيعة الحرف، وإقامة منشآت اقتصادية لتنشيط حركة البيع والشراء، مع توفر مسالك تجارية رابطة بين هذه الأسواق، وتنوع وسائل النقل التجاري، فامتلأت الأسواق بشتى أنواع السلع من محلية ومستوردة، تباينت أسعارها، وتعددت أنواع البيوع فيها، مع استعمال وسائل مختلفة في المبادلات التجارية من: نقود، ومكاييل، وموازين، ومقاييس، ووثائق تجارية. كان للمحتسب في هذه العملية التجارية دورا أساسيا في توجيه التجار والعاملين بالأسواق على اختلافهم، بذلك ظلت الأسواق تتميز بالازدهار والرخاء خاصة زمن قوة الدولة الموحدية. الكلمات المفتاحية : الأسواق- الدولة الموحدية- التجارة الداخلية- الغرب الإسلامي- الاقتصاد. Résumé (en Français) : L’abondance des marchés de l'Occident islamique a joué un rôle éminent dans le développement de la civilisation de l'État almohade, grâce à sa disposition d'éléments qui ont contribué à la multiplicité des types de marchés, à leur réglementation stricte en fonction de la spécialisation et de la nature de l'artisanat, et à la mise en place d'installations économiques afin d’encourager le mouvement d'achat et de vente, avec la disponibilité de routes commerciales reliant ces marchés, et la diversité des moyens de transport commerciaux, de sorte que les marchés étaient remplis de divers types de marchandises locales et importées, dont les prix et les types de vente variaient, avec l'utilisation de différents moyens dans les échanges commerciaux comme : argent, poids, balances, mesures et documents commerciaux. Dans cette opération commerciale, le comptable avait un rôle important en guidant les différents commerçants et ouvriers des marchés. Sur quoi, les marchés sont restés caractérisés par la prospérité et la richesse, surtout à l'époque de la force de l'État almohade. Abstract (en Anglais) : The abundance of markets in the Islamic West played a prominentrole in the development of the civilization of the Almohad State,thanks to its arrangement of elementsthat have contributed to the multiplicity of types of markets, their strict regulationaccording to the specialization and nature of the craftsmanship, and the establishment of economicfacilities in order to encourage the movement of buying and selling, with the availability of trade routes linkingthesemarkets, and the diversity of means of trade transport, sothat the marketswerefilledwithvarious types of local and importedgoods, which the prices and types of sale varied, with the use of differentmeans in commercial exchanges such as: money, weights, scales, measures and commercial documents. In this commercial operation, the accountanthad an important role in guiding the variousmarket traders and workers. Whereupon, the marketsremainedcharacterized by prosperity and wealth, especiallyduring the time of the strength of the Almohad state.
