Résumé: تجتهد مؤسسات التعليم العالي حول العالم في رسم مسار جدي نحو مستقبل رقمي، هدفه الأساس هو محو الأمية الرقمية وتطوير المهارات التقنية، وانطلاقاً من أن التعلم عبر الإنترنت أصبح جزءًا لا يتجزأ من العملية التعليمية، كان لابد للجامعات من البحث عن طرق أكثر فاعلية لإشراك الطلاب عبر مساحات افتراضية في بيئات تعلم ذكية، وتوظيف الأساليب التقنية الحديثة في التعليم الجامعي بما ينسجم والمعايير العالمية للاعتماد وضمان الجودة، لهذا وجب على القيادة الأكاديمية للجامعات التفكير في تحسين المعرفة الرقمية لطلابها من أجل تطوير خريجين قادرين على المنافسة في أسواق العمل الحديثة، والتي تتسم ببيئة يعلو فيها الاستهلاك الرقمي، إلى جانب الإنتاج الرقمي، والتي تدفع بأرباب العمل للبحث عن موظفين يمتلكون كماً وافراً من المهارات الرقمية. Higher education institutions around the world have begun to chart a serious path towards a digital future, whose main goal is digital literacy and the development of technical skills, and given that online learning has become an integral part of the educational process, universities had to search for more effective ways to engage students through Virtual spaces in smart learning environments, and the employment of modern technical methods in university education in line with international standards for accreditation and quality assurance. Therefore, the academic leadership of universities must think about improving the digital knowledge of their students in order to develop graduates who are able to compete in modern labor markets, which are characterized by an environment that is higher It has digital consumption, along with digital production, which pushes employers to search for employees with a wealth of digital skills.
