Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على الحدث المنحرف،وكيفية التكفل به من طرف مراكز إعادة التربية،والتطرق إلى البرامج التي تقدمها هذه المراكز بهدف إعادة تأهيل الاحداث المنحرفين وتسوية سلوكهم وادماجهم فيالمجتمع.وفريق العامل القائم على تنفيذ تلك البرامج، وسنحاول الاجابة على التساؤل التالي: ما الدور الذي تلعبه مراكز إعادة التربية للحد أو التقليل من ظاهرة انحراف الاحداث في الجزائر؟ This paper aims to shed light on juvenile delinquents, and how to ensure that by the end of the re-education centers, and to address the programs offered by the centers with a view to the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents and the settlement of their behavior and their reintegration in the community. And the working group on the implementation of those programs, and we will try to answer the following: What is the role of centers of education to limit or reduce the phenomenon ofjuvenile delinquency in Algeria?
