التحول الرقمي كآلية لتفعيل عملية التغيير التنظيمي في البنوك التجارية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من البنوك التجارية – بعين البيضاء – أم البواقي

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة التحول الرقمي في تفعيل عملية التغيير التنظيمي، وذلك بالتعرف على الممارسة الفعلية للرقمنة كركيزة أساسية للتغيير والتطوير في القطاع المصرفي، وذلك من خلال قيامنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من البنوك التجارية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى الدور الكبير للتحول الرقمي في تعزيز عملية التغيير التنظيمي والتأثير على مجالات التغيير الأخرى في المؤسسة، حيث أن العلاقة بينهما هي علاقة اتجاه واحد، وبعد اختبار الفرضيات تبين وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية قوية بين التحول الرقمي والتغيير التنظيمي في البنوك محل الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي قوي للتحول الرقمي على عملية التغيير التنظيمي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. This study aims to highlight the extent to which digital transformation contributes to activating the process of organizational change, byidentifying the actual practice of digitization as a basic pillar for organizational change in the banking sector, through our field study of a sample of commercial banks. The process of organizational change and the impact on other areas of change in the institution, as the relationship between them is a one-way relationship, and after testing the hypotheses, it was found that there is a strong significant correlation between digital transformation and organizational change in the banks under study, in addition to a strong positive impact of digital transformation on the process of organizational change From the point of view of the study sample
