دور عقود الفرانشيز الصناعية في نقل التكنولوجيا

Résumé: يعتبر عقد الفرانشيز الصناعي أحد الوسائل المستعملة لنقل التكنولوجيا على المستوى الدولي، حيث يعتبر استقطاب التكنولوجيا من أهم الأهداف الإستراتيجية التي تحفز على تشجيع استخدام هذه العقود في الجزائر من خلال نقل التجارب الناجحة من قبل الشركات العالمية و توطينها في المؤسسات الصناعية المحلية . تتناول هذه الدراسة مدى إمكانية تطبيق هذا النوع من الشراكة على المؤسسات الصناعية المحلية من خلال تحليل خصوصية هذا العقد، وما يتضمنه من مزايا تضمن نجاح عملية نقل التكنولوجيا مقارنة بعقود التكنولوجيا الأخرى. Abstract:The Franchise Industrial Contract is one of the means used to transfer technology internationally. Polarization of technology is one of the most important strategic objectives that stimulate the use of these contracts in Algeria through the transfer of successful experiences by international companies and localization in local industrial enterprises. This study examines the extent to which this type of partnership can be applied to local industrial enterprises by analyzing the specificity of this contract, and its advantages to ensure the success of technology transfer compared to other technology contracts.
