دور إعادة هندسة العمليات في نجاح إدارة التغيير دراسة حالة(اتصالات الجزائر)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في نجاح إدارة التغيير في المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة،حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، كما قمنا يجمع البيانات بالاعتماد على الاستبيان والمقابلة، حيث تم توزيع استمارة استبيان على 60 موظف، تم استرداد 58 إستبانة، وقد اعتمدنا في تحليل بيانات الاستبيان على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)حيث توصلنا بعد تحليل البيانات إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: -تتبني المديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة عملية إعادة هندسة العمليات بمستوى مقبول تتطلع فيه لتحسينه؛ -ضعف وعدم فعالية إدارة التغيير بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة؛ -أهم عنصر في إعادة هندسة العمليات الذي أثر في ضعف إدارة التغيير هو بعد الاستعداد للتغيير؛ -لا يختلف توجه العاملين نحو إدارة التغيير بالمديرية العملية لاتصالات الجزائر بورقلة إلا وفقا للجنس؛ This studyaimed to indentify the role of business process reengineering in successful change management in the practical directorate of Algeria-Ouargla Telecom ,where we adopted this study on the descriptive approach, we have also collected data based on questionnaire and interview ,where a questionnaire distributed to 60 employers, it has also been recovered 58 questionnaires ,we have relied on the analysis the questionnaire data on the statistical package for social sciences (spss).And it come to the following results : • The operation directorate of Algeria Ouargla telecom adopts re-engineering operation at an acceptable level, in which it looks forward to improvement; • Weak and ineffective change management in Algeria Ouargla telecom; • The most important component of process re-engineering that affected the weakness of change management is the dimension readiness for change; • The employs approach to managing change in Algeria Ouargla telecom does not differ except according to the gender variable
