Préparation Et Caractérisation D'une Électrode Modifiée Ito/tio2/sno2
Résumé: في هذا العمل نحن مهتمون بوضع طبقات رقيقة من ثاني أكسيد التيتانيوم وأكسيد القصدير فوق الزجاج الموصِّل ( أكسيد القصدير المشبع بالأنديوم ) من أجل تحضير القطب المعدل بواسطة طريقة الطلاء الكهربائي. تمت دراسة تطور الخصائص الكهروكيميائية ، الضوئية والبنيوية للشرائح الرقيقة ، من أجل هذا استعملنا عدة تقنيات للتحليل :تقنية الفولطاأمبيرمتر الدوري والكرونوامبيرمتر، IR، DRX، UV-visible In this work we are interested in laying thin layers of titanium dioxide TiO2 and tin oxide SnO2 were prepared above the ITO conductive glass In order to prepare the Electrode modified by electrochemical method (electroplating) through cyclic voltammetry and Chronoamperometry , the structural and optical properties had been studied through the characterization by electrochemical and chemical methods Characterization of thin films obtained was made by UV-visible spectra photometry and IR and DRX. And finally, we tested the application to ensure work efficiency.
