Résumé: يرى الدارس للتاريخ السياسي لدويلات بلاد المغرب الإسلامي خلال العصر الوسيط المبكر، ظاهريا، أن سياسة حسن الجوار كانت سائدة خاصة بين الدولة الرستمية ببلاد المغرب الاوسط ودولة الأدارسة ببلاد المغرب الأقصى، لكن باطنيا كانت بينها صراعات مذهبية وإقليمية حادة أثارتها أحيانا شخصيات خارجية. فجذور الصراع بين هاتين الدولتين، وهما محورا موضوع هذا البحث، يرجع الى العداء الذي نشأ منذ بداية فكرة تأسيس الشخصية الجغراسياسية أو الإقليمية لدولة الأدارسة ببلاد المغرب منذ نزول إدريس الأكبر بمجال نفوسة الإباضية. والأخبار التي ساقها الرازي صاحب كتاب أخبار فخ جعلتنا نراجع طبيعة هذه العلاقة من سلمية إلى حربية وأحيانا عدائية. A researcher of the Islamic Maghreb states’ political history, during the early Middle Ages, ostensibly, notes the reign of a policy of good-neighbourliness, between these states, particularly prevalent between the Rustomid dynasty in the Middle Maghreb and the Idrisid dynasty in the extreme Maghreb. But, deeply, there were intense schism and regional conflicts, sometimes instigated by external interferences. The roots of the conflict between these two dynasties, which is the topic of this research, are due to the animosity that has arisen since the decision taken to establish the geopolitical or regional existence of the Idrisid State in the Maghreb, with the arrival of Idriss the Great to the Ibadhit territories. Al-Razi, the author of the book “Akhbar Fakh”, made us retreat and review the idea about the nature of this relationship from believing that it was peaceful to be persuaded that it was warlike or martial and sometimes hostile.
