الاجراءات الجبائية و المالية العثمانية في الصحراء الجزائرية منطقة الأغواط أنموذجا.

Résumé: لبحث عبارة عن دراسة اقتصادية تاريخية، لموضوع جدير بالبحث في تاريخ الجزائر العثمانية، اذ يهتم بدراسة أحد جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية، و المتمثل في الاجراءات الجبائية و المالية العثمانية في الصحراء الجزائرية و بالتحديد في منطقة الأغواط و انعكاساتها على العلاقات بين السلطة و المجتمع وذلك خلال القرنين 18و19 الميلاديين. و نبرز من خلاله الأوضاع السياسية و الاقتصادية في المنطقة، ثم نسلط الضوء على طبيعة و أنواع الضرائب التي كان يدفعها سكان قصور و قبائل المنطقة المدروسة لممثلي السلطة العثمانية، وطريقة جمعها و موقف السكان من ذلك، ثم نوضح انعكاسات الاجراءات الجبائية بين السلطة و السكان. The research is a historical economic study, a topic worthy of research in the history of Ottoman Algeria, which is interested in the study of one aspect of economic life, which is the Ottoman fiscal and fiscal measures in the Algerian desert and specifically in the Laghouat region and its repercussions on the relations between power and society during the two centuries. 18 and 19 AD. We highlight the political and economic situation in the region, and then highlight the nature and types of taxes paid by the inhabitants of the palaces and tribes of the region studied to the representatives of the Ottoman authority, and the manner of collection and the position of the population on it, and then explain the implications of the fiscal measures between the authority and the population.
