واقع الاستثمار الأخضر الجزائري ضمن القوانين الناظمة لحقوق الملكية الصناعية

Résumé: يعد الاستثمار الأخضر أحد أهم النماذج الحديثة المعتمد عليها في إحداث التنمية والتوسع الاقتصادي، ولقد اتجهت الجزائر إلى اعتماد هذا النوع من الاستثمارات ضمن سياستها العامة، بهدف تطوير اقتصادها في ظل تبني معايير بيئية تساهم في الحد من التدهور البيئي. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنتطرق إلى واقع الاستثمار الأخضر في الجزائر من خلال القوانين الناظمة لحقوق الملكية الصناعية، بهدف تبيان مظاهر تكريس الأمن القانوني ضمن النظام الحمائي الجزائري الخاص بالاستثمار الأخضر الهادف إلى استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي. Green investment is one of the most important modern models that is relied upon to in bringing about development and economic expansion, and Algeria has headed to adopt this type of investment as part of its general policy, with the aim of developing its economy in light of adopting environmental standards that contribute to limiting environmental degradation. Through this study, we will discuss the reality of green investment in Algeria through the laws regulating industrial property rights, with the aim of demonstrating the manifestations of legal security within the Algerian protectionist system of green investment aimed at attracting foreign investment
