الخطاب اللِّساني وتفريعاته المفهوميّة والمصطلحيّة نحو تكريس المَنحَى الإبستيمولوجي

Résumé: يقع هذا المقال في ملتقى الطّرق الجامع لمجاليْ اللِّسانيّات والمُصطلحيّات. ذلك أنّ الموضوع يخصّ الخطاب اللِّساني بالدّرجة الأولى، أو بالأحرى الخطاب حول وصف اللغة كما تسلِّم جوزيت ري ديبوف معالِجةً إيّاه من زاوية اللغة الواصفة. سنتناوله بدورنا من منظور التطبيق المصطلحي الذي حظي باهتمامنا منذ عشر سنوات. لذا فقد لا يتعلَّق الأمر فيه مباشرةً باللّسانيات فحسب. هذا، وإن كان عملنا ­ تبعاً للعنوان المختار له­ سيضطرّنا إلى قلب كثيرٍ من صفحاتٍ احتفظت على كيان هذا العلم الذي أصبحت تقاليدُه راسِخةً بشكل يسمح الآن للدَّرس المُصطلحي أن ينظر في نتائج تفرّع اللّسانيات نفسها تفرّعاً ولّد النّزوع نحو إنشاء خطابٍ يمكن وَسمُه ­ مِن هذه النّاحية­ باللِّساني، أي يتعلَّق بما يترتّب عليه من النّزعة التّفريعيّة ذاتها، وكذلك من حيث الأسباب والتداعيات؛ مع العلم أيضاً أنّه يندرج في إشكالية حادّة ومزدوجة المدخل، ولاسيما في شقّها المتعلِّق ﺑالحاجة الماسّة إلى إرفاق البحث اللِّساني بالنقد. The present paper lies at the crossroads of two disciplines: Linguistics and Terminology. More specifically, it is concerned with the question of linguistic discourse, or more precisely the discourse on language, as would call the specialist J. Rey-Debove, material that she had analyzed from the perspective of metalanguage. We will approach it from the angle of the terminology concerns that we undertook over ten years now (see some contributions cited in the Arabic text). However, it will not examine only and instantly the single field of linguistics, since the issue raised concerns the matters inherent to the development of the latter and its impacts on the two stages of terms and concepts discussed fairly by our science, the terminology in other words. We'll see after the fact, and after about pages that introduced the elements of language and developed concepts and practices in the field, it was not without consequences on both levels mentioned here and on objects derived from them and we claim to have been far studying. Furthermore there is also the question of how to address the problems arising as to speak of a linguistic discourse would be different from the science of language itself, or rather the sciences of language if one prefers the term in vogue these last time.
