ترشيد استغلال العقار السياحي لتحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مستدامة

Résumé: الملخص: أظهر الدولة الجزائرية في الآونة الأخيرة إهتماماً خاصاً بالقطاع السياحي، كبديل استراتيجي عن قطاع المحروقات للتخفيف من التبعية المفرطة له، خاصة و أن الجزائر تزخر بمؤهلات سياحية طبيعية هامة، يجب توجيه وتحفيز الاستثمار فيها لخلق مناصب الشغل وخلق الثروة وجلب العملة الصعبة. يتأتى ذلك بترشيد استغلال العقار السياحي المستقبل لهذه الاستثمارات، بتنمية حافظة العقار السياحي وضبط آليات استغلاله ورقابة كل الهيئات المتدخلة في تسييره والمستثمر المستفيد منه وذلك للحفاظ على العقار السياحي بهدف تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية وسياحية مستدامة Abstract: The Algerian State has recently shown a particular interest in the tourism sector as a strategic alternative to the hydrocarbon sector in order to reduce its excessive dependence, especially that Algeria has important natural tourism skills in which investments must be directed to create jobs, wealth and attract foreign exchange. This will only be achieved through the rationalization of the exploitation of tourist land, through the development of the portfolio of tourist land, the regulation of the mechanisms of its exploitation and the supervision of all stakeholders and beneficiaries, to preserve tourist land for sustainable economic and tourist development.
