المسؤولية المدنية عن التجارب الطبية -إنتاج اللقاح- دراسة مقارنة

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع المسؤولية المدنية عن الأخطاء الناتجة عن إجراء التجارب الطبية، وبالأخص إنتاج اللقاح. والملاحظ في عصرنا أن المنظومة الطبية بصفة عامة بدأت تأخذ صبغة تجارية أبعدتها عن رسالتها الأساسية في خدمة الإنسان والحفاظ على صحته، ومع تسابق مؤسسات تصنيع الأدوية والمخابر لاختراع اللقاحات وتلبية حاجات الأسواق لها؛ تحدث كثير من التجاوزات التي تنتج أضرارا تصيب المرضى الخاضعين لها، هذا الأمر سبب لقيام المسؤولية المدنية على صناع الأدوية والمختبرات. فجاء هذا البحث ليتناول أحكام هذه المسؤولية المدنية ونوعها وما يترتب عنها من تعويض لجبر الأضرار. For this reason; This research dealt with the provisions and type of civil liability and the resulting compensation for damages.
