Résumé: The aim of this study is to identify the level of psychological stress among middle school teachers, as well as to detect differences in the level of psychological stress according to the gender variable and social status, and this study was applied to a sample of (119) professors and professors in some averages of ouargla state, relying on the descriptive curriculum, the psychological stress scale was applied to(Suleiman khwildi2015) and the tool included (34) paragraphs and five dimensions: psychological symptoms, physical symptoms, behavioral symptoms, social symptoms, physical effects. After processing the data by statistical methods, we came to the following results: - The level of psychological stress among teachers of Intermediate Education with some averages of the state of ouargla is average. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress among middle school teachers with some ouargla state averages due to the gender variable. - There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress among middle school teachers with some ouargla state averages due to the variable of social status
