المحاسبة القضائية ودورها في الحد من الفساد المالي -دراسة تحليلية بالجزائر
Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى تقييم واقع المحاسبة القضائية في الحد من الفساد المالي في الجزائر، من خلال بيان دور المهم الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في الحد من مختلف مظاهر الفساد المالي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قممنا بدراسة ميدانية عن طريق استبانة تم توزيعها على 68 فرد من أفراد العينة موزعين على 09 مدن جزائرية تم اختيارها بشكل عشوائي، وكانت اهم نتائجها أن للمحاسبة القضائية دور بارز وهام في الحد من مختلف مظاهر الفساد المالي. Abstract: The study aimed to assess the reality of Forensic accounting in reducing financial corruption in Algeria, by clarifying the important role that it can play in reducing the various manifestations of financial corruption. On 09 Algerian cities that were randomly selected, and the most important results were that Forensic accountability has a prominent and important role in reducing the various manifestations of financial corruption.
