دور المناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاطات في جذب الاستثمار المحلي وتفعيل التنمية المحلية "دراسة حالة ولاية المدية

Résumé: تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليط الضوء على دور المناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاطات في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر وذلك من خلال إبراز دور الجوهري الذي تؤديه هذه المناطق في جذب الاستثمار المحلي واحتواء المشاريع الاستثمارية لمختلف القطاعات، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان ما توفره المناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاطات من مناخ وبيئة استثمارية مناسبتين لتحقيق التنمية المحلية على مستوى ولاية المدية، وبينت الدراسة أن هناك العديد من المناطق الصناعية ومناطق النشاطات المتواجدة ضمن إقليم ولاية المدية إن استغلت بشكل امثل يمكن أن تساهم في استقطاب الاستثمارات المحلية بما ينعكس إيجابا على تعزيز التنمية المحلية للولاية The importance of this study lies in shedding light on the role of industrial zones and activity zones in achieving local development in Algeria by highlighting the essential role played by these zones in attracting local investment and containing investment projects for various sectors. This study aims to demonstrate what industrial zones and activity zones provide in terms of an appropriate investment climate and environment to achieve local development at the level of the state of Medea. The study showed that there are many industrial zones and activity zones located within the territory of the state of Medea, if exploited optimally, they can contribute to attracting local investments, which will positively reflect on enhancing the local development of the state
