Résumé: ملخص البحث: عُني هذا البحث ببيان الأثر الفقهي لأحد أعلام المدرسة المغربية في فقه الإمام مالك, وهو أبو القاسم السيوري (ت462هـ), تناولت فيه ترجمته, وجمع اختياراته الفقهية, التي كان لها تميّز حاضر في المذهب, حيث اشتهرت بالمخالفة للمشهور فيه, بل قد تخرج عنه في بعض الأحايين, ومع ذلك كلّه بقيت له تلك المكانة العظيمة التي خوّلت لأئمة المذهب الاحتفاء بهذه الاختيارات والترجيحات. Astract: This research is concerned with the statement of the jurisprudential effect of one of the flags of the Moroccan school in the jurisprudence of Imam Malik, Abu al-Qasim al-Soyyuri, in which he dealt with his translation and the collection of his jurisprudential choices, which had a distinguished present in the doctrine, where he was famous for his violation of the famous, Yet all that remained for him was that great position which allowed the imams of the doctrine to celebrate these choices and tribulations.
