Résumé: This study aims to demonstrate the role of the financial planning in financial decision making in The foundation, For this purpose, concepts have been taken on the variables of the theoretical aspect ,and then the field study has been dropped in the applied aspect of an Algerian foundation “Mila Unit”. The findings of this study include: The fact that financial decision-making at the Algerian Water Corporate “Mila Unit” , because financial planning helps to provide accurate and comprehensive information about the foundation’s current and future financial situation. By means of these information, decision makers are able to assess available financial options and make informed decisions and reaching the target which demonstrates the problematic nature of our study and supports its assumptions as presented in the study model.We also relied on the questionnaire as a tool to analyze the study data using the SPSS programme ,and the descriptive and case study methodology was followed. Through the results of the statistical analysis ,our study found statistically significant differences in financial planning and its role in financial decision-making in the Algerian Water Corporation’s “Mila Unit”
