دور المصارف الاسلامية في ارساء مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى محاولة إبراز دور البنوك الإسلامية كأحد المؤسسات الاقتصادية في تحقيق ودعم وارساء أهداف المسؤولية الاجتماعية إذ أن مبادئها تتماشى مع قيم العمل في الإسلام، وهي بالتالي تنطبق مع القيم والمبادئ التي يقوم عليها عمل البنوك الاسلامية، اذ تعد هذه البنوك أحد القنوات الواعدة لتحقيق مختلف أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وهذا ما أثبتته دراستنا لتجربة بنك البركة الجزائري ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق ذلك عن طريق برامج متعددة تستهدف تحقيق مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية أهمها البرنامج الخيري، وبرنامج الفرص الاقتصادية والاستثمارات الاجتماعية، وبرنامج القرض الحسن، وتقديم العديد من الخدمات الاجتماعية، الا أن مقدار المساهمة يبقى ضئيل ولا يصل الى المستوى المطلوب الذي يمكن أن يؤثر في تغطية بعض جوانب المسؤولية الاجتماعية، بالإضافة الى اغفال تام للجانب البيئي على مستوى أهدافه وسياساته رغم أهميتها في ارساء مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Through this study, we aim to try to highlight the role of Islamic banks as one of the economic institutions in achieving and supporting and establishing social responsibility objectives. To achieve various dimensions of social responsibility, and this is our study to experience the Algerian Baraka Bank and its contribution to this through multiple programs aimed at achieving the principles of social responsibility, the charity program, the Economic Opportunities Program and Social Investment Program, and the provision of many social services, The amount of contribution remains little and does not reach the desired level, which can affect some aspects of social responsibility, as well as a complete overlooking the environmental aspect at its level and policies, despite their importance in establishing the principles of social responsibility.
