السياسة الإستثمارية الصينية في القضاء على الفقر - دراسة للفترة (2000-2018)-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مضامين ومدى فاعلية سياسة الصين الاستثمارية في مكافحة الفقر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حتى يتسنى تعقب آثار السياسة المنتهجة في التقليل من الفقر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مدى فعالية السياسة الاستثمارية المتبناة في التأثير على مستويات الاقتصاد الكلي وما تبعه من تأثير على معدلات الفقر التي انخفضت إلى مستويات متدنية خاصة خلال الفترة (2000-2018)، وخير دليل على ذلك الإحصائيات المستقاة من أهم الهيئات الدولية وفي مقدمتها البنك الدولي، والتي تعكس نجاح السياسة الصينية في تخليص مئات الملايين من براثن الفقر لتنال بذلك إشادة واسعة من المجتمع الدولي جعلتها مثالا يحتذى به ونموذجا لنظيراتها من دول العالم النامي. This study aims to demonstrate the contents and effectiveness of China's investment policy against poverty. To achieve the objectives of study, a descriptive analytical approach was adopted to trace effects of the adopted policy in poverty reduction. The study concluded the extent of adopted investment policy effectiveness to affect macroeconomic levels and the consequent impact on poverty rates which declined to low levels, especially in (2000-2018), and the best evidence is statistics of important international organizations, especially the World Bank, This reflects Chinese policy’s success in lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty, thus gaining praise from international community, making it a model for the developing world
