واقع وسائل الدفع الالكترونية ومستقبلها في ظل أزمة كوفيد19- دراسة حالة الجزائر
Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة واقع وسائل الدفع الالكتروني في الجزائر في ظل ازمة كوفيد 19 و ابراز دورها في الحد من هذه الازمة التي تعدت تداعياتها الجانب الصحي الى الجانب الاقتصادي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك قفزة نوعية نحو استخدام وسال الدفع الالكتروني المتاحة في الجزائر خاصة الدفع عب الانترنيت مقارنة بالفترة السابقة لظهور جائحة كورونا، في ظل اجراءات الحجر الصحي و التباعد الجسدي من اجل التقليل من انتقال العدوى، كم ان هناك وسائل اكثر امانا منها وسائل الدفع اللا تلامسية التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها مستقبلا. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the reality of electronic payment methods in Algeria in light of the Covid-19 crisis, and to highlight its role in reducing this crisis, whose repercussions exceeded from the health side to the economic side. The study found that there is a qualitative leap towards the use of payment methods available in Algeria, especially online payment, compared to the prior period to the emergence of the Corona pandemic, in light of quarantine procedures and physical distancing in order to reduce transmission of infection, and there are safer means, including contactless means that can Reliance on it in the future) Jel Classification Codes: XNN ; XNN
