دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير خدمات المالية الإسلامية The Role Of Fintech In Developing Islamic Financial Services
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة و تحليل تأثير التكنولوجيا المالية في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، كما تعرض الدراسة التحديات التي تواجهها الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في تقديم وتنفيذ حلول التكنولوجيا المالية. تمت الدراسة باعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجمع، تحليل و مناقشة البيانات المتوفرة من خلال المقالات والتقارير الدولية. أظهرت النتائج أن للتكنولوجيا المالية تأثير عميق على النهوض بالصناعة المالية الإسلامية، بحيث تساهم في تطوير منتجاتها. و أن الصناعة المالية الإسلامية تواجه تحديات عدة، و وفقا لما تقدمه التكنولوجيا المالية الإسلامية فهي تساهم في مواجهة التحديات التي تواجهها الصناعة المالية الإسلامية في توسيع مجال خدماتها و منه تساعد في تحقيق الشمول المالي و تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية. تمثلت الحلول المقترحة في إعداد و اعتماد إطار تنظيمي موحد متوافق ومبادئ ومعايير الشريعة الإسلامية، الحرص على أمن البيانات، مع التركيز على تنمية رأس المال البشري في دعم استدامة التكنولوجيا المالية الإسلامية. تختتم الدراسة ببعض التوصيات أهمها الاستفادة من تجارب الدول الرائدة في التكنولوجيا المالية الإسلامية على الجزائر بغرض معرفة كيفية تفعيل هذا القطاع و تطويره This research aims to study and analyze the impact of financial technology on the Islamic financial industry and presents the challenges faced by the Islamic financial industry in presenting and implementing financial technology solutions. The results have shown that financial technology has a profound impact on the development of the Islamic financial industry, contributing to the development of its products. The Islamic financial industry encounters numerous challenges, which, in turn, are exacerbated by Islamic financial technology in expanding its services and helps to achieve financial inclusion and social justice. The proposed solutions were to prepare and adopt a unified regulatory framework consistent with the principles and standards of the Islamic Shariah, ensuring data security, and focusing on human capital development in support of the sustainability of Islamic financial technology. The study concludes with several recommendations, the most crucial being to leverage the experiences of leading countries in Islamic financial technology in Algeria to Activate and develop this sector
