Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الجامعة الجزائرية في إطار تحولها نحو التعليم الرقمي، من خلال الإشارة إلى تجربة جامعة 8 ماي 1945 قالمة في مجال اعتمادها على منصة التعليم عن بعد MOODLE، وقد اعتمدنا من أجل ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أثبتت الدراسة أن حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات تعد مفتاحا أساسيا لنجاح المؤسسات الجامعية في الجزائر في التحول نحو التعليم الرقمي، كما بين البحث كذلك أنه، وبالرغم من النتائج الإيجابية التي تمكنت جامعة 8 ماي 1945 قالمة من تحقيقها فيما يتعلق بحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، في إطار اعتمادها على منصة التعليم عن بعد MOODLE ، إلا أن الكثير من المعيقات مازالت تقف حاجزا أمام الاستفادة المثلى من مزايا هذا النظام، والتي نذكر منها: عدم الاندماج التام للأساتذة والطلبة في هذه المنظومة، ضعف تدفق الأنترنيت في الجامعة، ضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية للجامعة، غياب مؤشرات كمية دقيقة لقياس أداء المنصة،... Abstract: This study aimed to shed light on the ITG at the Algerian University in the context of its transformation towards digital learning, by referring to the experience of the University of 8 May 1945 Guelma in the field of its reliance on the distance learning platform (MOODLE), relying for this on the descriptive analytical approach. This study proved that ITG is an essential key to the success of Algerian universities in the transition towards digital learning. The research also showed that, despite the positive results that the University of 8 May 1945, Guelma was able to achieve with regard to the ITG, within the framework of its reliance on the distance learning platform (MOODLE), many obstacles still stand in the way of optimizing the benefits of this system: the lack of full integration of professors and students in this system, poor internet flow in the university, the weakness of the university’s technological infrastructure, the absence of accurate quantitative indicators to measure the performance of the platform,...
