مجتمع المعرفة في العالم العربي: الرهانات والتحديات

Résumé: أدى التطور المتسارع في مجالات التكنولوجيا والإعلام والصناعة والمعرفة إلى الدخول في مجتمع المعرفة، الذي أصبحت فيه المعرفة وإنتاجها وتوظيفها عناصر أساسية لتحقيق أي تنمية اقتصادية وبشرية. والمجتمعات العربية تسعى بدورها إلى الانخراط في مجتمع المعرفة الذي أصبح بالنسبة لها رهان مستقبلي، مع أن هناك الكثير من التحديات التي تواجه هذا الرهان. والهدف من بحثنا هو أنه يتناول موضوعا راهنيا، يستهدف التعرف على جملة التحديات والعوائق التي تحول دون انخراط المجتمعات العربية في مجتمع المعرفة، والتعرف على أهمية المعرفة باعتبارها رأسمال أي مجتمع يريد أن يكون له مكانا ضمن المجتمعات المتطورة، ودعوة لاستثمار الرأسمال الفكري والبشري باعتبارهما عنصران ضروريان لكل تنمية. The rapid development in the fields of technology, media, industry and knowledge has led to the entry into the knowledge society, in which knowledge, its production and employment have become essential elements to achieve any economic and human development. Arab societies, in turn, seek to join the knowledge society, which has become for them a future bet, although there are many challenges facing this bet. The aim of our research is that it deals with a current topic, aiming to identify the set of challenges and obstacles that prevent Arab societies from joining the knowledge society, and identifying the importance of knowledge as the capital of any society that wants to have a place within developed societies, and an invitation to invest intellectual and human capital, as they are necessary elements for every development.
