التمويل الإسلامي في مواجهة تحديات التحول الرقمي وتداعيات جائحة كورونا

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تأثير الرقمنة على قطاع التمويل الإسلامي، وتوضيح أهميتها في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية المقدمة، وتجاوز الآثار المترتبة على عمليات الإغلاق بسبب تفشي جائحة كورونا (كوفيد -19) في الوقت نفسه. فقد أحدثت التكنولوجيا المالية ثورة في القطاع المالي خاصة مع تنامي استخدام الأنترنت والهواتف المحمولة والأجهزة الذكية الأخرى، وازدادت أهمية هذه التكنولوجيا مع تفشي هذه الجائحة، أين سمحت للعملاء بالحصول على مجموعة من الخدمات المصرفية من منازلهم، بالاعتماد على التكنولوجيا الرقمية التي توفر الوقت والنفقات وتحفظ الصحة العمومية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التمويل الإسلامي يمكنه الاستفادة من الأدوات المالية المتوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية من خلال التكنولوجيا المالية الرقمية، إلا أنه هناك بعض الصعوبات التي تحد من تطور التمويل الإسلامي منها الفجوة الرقمية، والصعوبات المتعلقة بالإفصاح المالي وعدم تناسق المعلومات. This study aimed to highlight the impact of digitization on the Islamic finance sector, clarify its importance in the development of the banking services provided, and overcome the effects of closures due to the outbreak of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) at the same time. Financial technology has revolutionized the financial sector, especially with the growing use of the Internet, mobile phones and other smart devices, and the importance of this technology has increased as this pandemic spreads, allowing customers to obtain a range of banking services from their homes, relying on digital technology that saves time, expenses and preserves public health. The study found that Islamic finance can take advantage of Shariah-compliant financial instruments through digital financial technology, but there are some difficulties limiting the development of Islamic finance, including the digital gap, difficulties with financial disclosure and Information asymmetry.
