التّعليم عَن بُعد بوصفه خَياراً استراتيجياً بالجامعة الجزائرية في ظلّ استمرار جائحة كوفيد 19
Résumé: تَسيرُ الجامعة الجزائريّة صَوْبَ تبني نِظام التّعليم عن بُعد بشكلٍ تدريجيٍ، بعد جائحة كوفيد 19، لضمان استمرارية التّعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، بعد أنْ تسبّبَ الفيروس في غلق الكثير من المؤسّسات التّربوية بما فيها الجامعات، حيث بات هذا النّوع الجديد من التّعليم غير الحضوري(التّعليم عن بُعد)، يعكس استراتيجية قطاع التعّليم العالي في تفعيل وإنعاش العمليّة التّعلِيميّة التّعلُميّة أمام استمرار انتشار الوباء، بالقدر الّذي يعكس أيضاً الكثير من التّحديات والمعوّقات الّتي ترهن مستقبل التّعليم عن بُعد بالقطاع. ويهدفُ البحث إلى تِبيان أهمية تبنّي التّعليم عن بُعد بالجامعة الجزائرية كخيارٍ استراتيجي من شأنه تحسين جودة التّعليم العالي، وضرورة تبيني هذا المِنوال التّعليمي الجديد في ظلّ استمرار جائحة كوفيد 19، لضمان سيرورة الفِعل التّعليمي، وتوضيح أهم المعوّقات الّتي تَحُول دون نجاعة هكذا نمط تعليمي جديد، والّتي من أهمّها عدم استعداد هيئة التّدريس والطّلبة لاستقبال التّعليم عن بُعد، وعدم تحكّمهم في تسيير الفِعل التّعليمي عبر المنصات الالكترونية. The Algerian university is gradually heading towards the adoption of distance education, in the aftermath of Covid-19, to ensure the continuity of higher education and scientific research. Since the virus caused the closure of many educational institutions, including universities, this new type of non-attendance education has become a reflection of higher education strategies that seek to activate and revive the teaching-learning process in light of the persisting pandemic outbreak. This research seeks to showcase the importance of adopting distance education in the Algerian university as a strategic choice that could improve higher education overall, and the necessity of embracing this new educational approach as the Covid-19 pandemic still persists. It also seeks to pinpoint the major impediments causing the inefficacy of such a novel educational approach; mainly, the unwillingness of the educational board and students alike to be accepting and receptive of distance education.
