التمويل برأس المال المخاطر وأهم تجاربه في بعض دول العالم (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، فرنسا، المملكة المتحدة، تونس، الجزائر) The Risk Of Financial Capital And The Most Important Experiences In Some Countries Of The World (united States, France, United Kingdom, Tunisia, Algeria)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعريف بالنمط التمويلي المسمى "رأس المال المخاطر"، وإبراز أهميته لدفع عجلة الاستثمار والتنمية، عن طريق التمويلات اللازمة للمشاريع الناشئة، وكذا محاولة إبراز الاختلاف بين هذا النوع من التمويل المعاصر والتمويلات الأخرى من خلال التعرض لأبرز خصائصه، مع عرض تجارب بعض الدول في مجال رأس المال المخاطر مع الإشارة إلى تجربة الجزائر. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن التجربة الجزائرية في مجال رأس المال المخاطر تعد جد متواضعة بحيث نجد أنها لا تزال في بداياتها الأولى وتحتاج إلى مزيد من بذل الجهود وتذليل العقبات أمام شركات رأس المال المخاطر، وتوسيع العمل بهذا الأسلوب في كافة القطاعات ومجالات الاستثمار. The aim of this study is to try to define the financing model called "venture capital" and to highlight its importance to drive investment and development through funding for emerging projects, as well as to try to highlight the difference between this type of contemporary financing and other financing through exposure to its main characteristics, and presenting the experiences of some countries in the field of venture capital with reference to the experience of Algeria. In this study, we found that the Algerian experience in the field of venture capital is very modest so that it is still in its early stages and needs more efforts, overcoming the obstacles to venture capital companies, and expanding this work in all sectors and fields of investment.
