جدلية العلاقة بين الإعلام الجديد ومنظمات المجتمع المدني نحو مطارحة تحليلية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى البحث في مسألة ذات أبعاد متعددة تقارب الارتباط بين الإعلام الجديد ومنظمات المجتمع المدني محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بينهما بوصفها ذات طابع جدلي لدى الباحثين المهتمين بهذا الحقل، انطلاقا من هذا التوجه حاول الباحثان تحليل أبعاد هذه العلاقة من خلال إبراز طبيعتها وتقصي أدوارها وتأثيراتها. ولقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج أبرزها: أن العلاقة بين الإعلام الجديد ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وظيفية على اعتبار أن الإعلام الجديد قد وفر قناة تواصل افتراضية بالنسبة للمجتمع المدني، وتعود تلك القدرة إلى جملة السمات التي يتميز بها رغم بعض سلبياته، وبذلك فإن الإعلام الجديد بمثابة آلية لتفعيل هذه المنظمات ضمن فضاء افتراضي بإمكان طابعه التفاعلي خلق توليفة تسمح بازدهار النشاط المدني، وهو التوجه الذي فرضته البيئة الرقمية لتجاوز العقبات التي تواجهها هذه المنظمات في البيئات غير الديمقراطية وترسيخ أهدافها في تلك الديمقراطية. This research paper aims to research the multi-dimensional issue that converges the link between the new media and civil society organizations, in an attempt to reveal the nature of the relationship between them, as it is of a debatable nature among researchers interested in this field. Based on this approach, the researchers tried to analyse the dimensions of this relationship by highlighting its nature as well as its roles and effects The study concluded with results, the most important are: that the relationship between the new media and civil society organizations is functional, this ability is due to the set of features that characterizes it despite some negatives aspects. Thus, the new media serves as a mechanism for activating these organizations within a virtual space whose interactive nature can create a combination that allows civil activity to flourish, a trend imposed by the digital environment to overcome the obstacles that these organizations face in non-governmental environments. Democracy and consolidating its goals in that democracy.
