Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لقياس دور الذكاء العاطفي للقادة في إدارة الصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية بشير منتوري بالقبة-الجزائر العاصمة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إنشاء استبيان إلكتروني وتوزيعه للعاملين بالمؤسسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج مفادها وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد الذكاء العاطفي الخمسة (فهم الذات، تحفيز الذات، فهم الآخرين، تحفيز الآخرين وإدارة الحوار التنظيمي) للقادة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية ذو دلالة معنوية عند 0.05 لأبعاد الذكاء العاطفي للقادة مجتمعة على إدارة الصراع التنظيمي. The study aimed to measure the role of emotional intelligence of leaders in the management of organizational conflict in the public hospital institution of Bashir Mantouri in Kobba - Algiers, and to achieve the objective of the study, an electronic questionnaire was created and distributed to the employees of the institution. The study concluded a number of results that there is a positive relationship between the five dimensions of emotional intelligence (self-understanding, self-motivation, understanding others, motivating others and managing organizational dialogue) for leaders.
